We operate 7 days a week, Monday to Saturday 7am–8pm and Sunday 8am–6pm. For genuine emergencies outside these hours, please call us and we'll do our best to help. Emergency call-outs are available for an additional fee.

For standard bookings, we typically offer next-day or same-day appointments depending on availability. For emergency call-outs, most customers are attended to within 2 hours. We'll always give you a realistic ETA when you call.

Yes, our technicians are trained to work with run-flat tyres. However, run-flat tyres that have been driven on when flat generally cannot be repaired and will need replacing. We'll assess the tyre and advise you honestly on the best course of action.

No — we do not charge a call-out fee for standard appointments. The price you receive in your quote covers all labour and any materials used. For emergency out-of-hours call-outs, an additional charge may apply, which we'll always communicate upfront.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, contactless payments, bank transfers, and cash. Payment is taken on completion of the job. For fleet account customers, we offer monthly invoicing.

If we don't carry your specific tyre size or brand on our van, we can usually source it and book a return appointment within 24–48 hours. In some cases, we may be able to arrange a same-day delivery. We'll always keep you updated and work as quickly as possible.
